CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR:

Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Process invoices, point of sale. and credit cards. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Ability to follow direction related to food preparation for the restaurants. Ability to read and execute standard recipes/procedures in recipe conversion. Assists the Head Baker/Chef in all related bakery functions and production of all baked goods. Must be flexible in work schedule.

Minimum two-year's experience and prior knowledge of all liquor including wine and beer. May be required to lift kegs and cases of beer. Effective communication and customer service skills required. Able to work different shifts as business requires. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons directly or through wait staff. Collect money for drinks served. Follows department procedures for complimentary drink policy.

Ability to properly cook all line food items as designated in a timely manner; knowledge of temperatures, all menu items and presentation. Maintain all sanitary procedures as required by health regulations.

Must have effective basic math skills and effective communication skills with Co-workers and customers alike. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs push/pull up to 125 lbs, pull coin drop from the machines, weigh, wrap and can coin. Prior experience preferred.

Expeditor communicates food orders between front and back of house, making sure food is cooked in the right order with proper presentation, served timely and at correct temperatures. Must also insure the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe. Must be able to lift and carry trays 50lbs.+

Administers all operational and personnel activities throughout the F & B Department. Oversees the day-to­ day operations of all restaurants and bars. Accountable for customer service satisfaction according to company standards. 2-5 years minimum experience in restaurant operations and supervision.

Oversees all operational and personnel/training processes of the Restaurant, provides customer service and problem resolution; 2-3 years minimum experience in restaurant operations and supervision. Must possess highly effective organizational, communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and coach line employees.

Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.

Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.

Keep track of Guest Room Attendants with room inspectors. To determine areas needing improvement by GRA's. To oversee training of GRA's. To insure all staff are meeting daily quota of completed rooms to management specifications. Making sure GRA carts are maintained daily by staff.

Answer all incoming and outgoing calls. Screen calls as necessary for department Executive. Must accurately log department Managers in and out daily. Customer service oriented. Professional telephone etiquette required. Basic typing skills with general computer knowledge.

Proactively greet and assist customers with all Slot Club functions including new enrollments with a positive and friendly guest service approach. Have effective communication and listening skills. Computer and typing experience preferred.

To assist customers with their selection of products and preform all the duties necessary to insure the smooth operation of the Gift Shop.

Carry out Safety standards for the company and ensure that employees are aware of the standards. Assist with safety investigations, ensure proper documents are filed and identify areas for improvement while promoting safe practices. Keep OSHA log up to date including type of training related to the accident/illness.

Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.

A Security supervisor oversees Officers who protect and ensure the safety of employees and guest. In addition to administrative functions, making job assignments and briefing, the Security Supervisor monitors his staff by patrolling with them. The supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on premises. Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must obtain First Aid and C.P.R. Certification.

Previous floor/money handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. at a time from jackpot /fill bank to machine. Able to constantly walk through assigned shift while working on the main floor.

Repairs slot machines, player tracking, and related equipment in prescribed time frame. Accountable for recognizing equipment related problems, initiating corrective action and keeping all slot department equipment in acceptable working condition. Must have minimum two years slot repair experience. Must have basic electrical and electronic theory. Must possess effective communication skills.

Ability to operate dish machine and floor scrubber, assist in set-up and breakdown of banquets and meetings; able to twist, stand, reach, bend, walk, crouch and work around chemicals. Ability to deep clean all equipment, floors, walls, ceilings, drains, coves, etc. in food & beverage outlets according to cleaning schedule.
