Balance revenue of all gaming departments, hard count, and soft count. Microsoft word and Excel experience. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs with overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen areas. Ensuring all Steward job duties are efficiently performed in a timely manner and according to health and safety guidelines and department SOP’s.

Perform basic maintenance work under the supervision of an experience maintenance engineer. Entry level position requiring general knowledge of preventative and safety maintenance for building repairs.

A Security Assistant Supervisor oversees Officers who protect and ensure the safety of employees and guest. In addition to administrative functions, making job assignments and briefing, the Assistant Supervisor monitors staff by patrolling with them. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on premises. Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R. Certification.

Monitors all activities with special attention to Casino Floor. Capable of operating all Surveillance equipment, including but not limited to Camera viewing software, DVR’s, monitors, and recording equipment. Provide footage and documentation including complete and detailed written reports of activities as requested. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Accountable for the installation and maintenance of all CCTV equipment and repairs. Sound/music system, PBX Paging. Able to lift 50 lbs. and move 25 to 80 lbs. while climbing, bending, reaching or kneeling. Able to do multi-cable pulls and bundle cables. Must be able to work in tight spaces. Ensure systems are in compliance with all laws and regulations.
