FOOD & BEVERAGE

Effective Customer Service skills; welcomes all guests efficiently/courteously, must have food service knowledge, cashier experience, food server experience a plus.

Accountable for creating a pleasant dining experience for all guests by taking and serving food & beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Able to push and/or pull, lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. above and below shoulder level, previous experience necessary.

(Health Card required)–Clears tables in dining room expediently for guest to be seated. Keep dining room clean, stock supplies and ensure all areas are sanitized. Good customer service and communication skills.

(AES, Health Card, Non-Gaming required) – Takes and serve beverage orders efficiently and courteously. Great customer service oriented. Able to interact with guests in a friendly, outgoing, hospitable and professional manner. Minimum 1 year experience.

HOTEL

Front desk experience preferred. Greets guests, perform check-ins and check-outs. Accommodate special requests and needs of guests. Handle room discrepancies and other issues. Handle monetary transactions. Basic computer knowledge and typing.

Prepare guestrooms for our guests and deliver customer care service during their stay according to established minimum standards. Basic housekeeping abilities are required and must be able to handle physical and environmental demands.

Perform multiple job duties; clean casino and kitchen areas; assist with banquet setup; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment and chemicals. Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Keep track of Guest Room Attendants with room inspectors. To determine areas needing improvement by GRA's. To oversee training of GRA's. To insure all staff are meeting daily quota of completed rooms to management specifications. Making sure GRA carts are maintained daily by staff.

Provide Guest Room Attendants with supplies. Distribute clean linens and pick up soiled linens. Move furniture as needed, keep areas in the Housekeeping department clean. Ensure vacuums are stock in linen rooms. Pick up trash from guest rooms and linen rooms.

ACCOUNTING

Background in LMS Accounts Receivable and Agilysys DataMagine. Experience includes, Invoice Processing, Guest and City Ledgers, Comps, Point of Sale and Credit Cards.

SECURITY

Previous Security or Military background desired; proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R.Certification.

SLOTS

(Gaming Card required) – Repairs slot machines and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment. Responds to calls from floor personnel. Install new machines and move existing machines as needed. Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics, 2 years’ experience preferred.

Previous floor/money handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs at a time from jackpot/fill bank to machine. Able to constantly walk through assigned shift while working on the main floor.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The PC Technician's role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.

(Gaming Card required) – Maintenance and installation of all CCTV equipment and repair. Sound/music system/PBX paging. Perform multi-cable pulls and bundle cables. Work in tight spaces, climbing, bending, kneeling and reaching.

A system administrator, or sysadmin, is a person who is responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems; especially multi-user computers, such as servers. The system administrator seeks to ensure that the uptime, performance, resources and security of the computers thay manage meet the needs of the users, without exceeding a set budget when doing so.
