Great Customer Service skills. Ability to welcome guests efficiently and courteously. Prior experience as a Cashier and working in a food service industry. Food Server experience is a plus.
Perform multiple job duties; clean casino and kitchen areas; assist with banquet setup; perform light maintenance, basic understanding of all related cleaning tasks, equipment, and chemicals. Able to lift 50lbs.+
The Lead Cook coordinates and ensures that all meals are prepared, cooked and served in accordance with standardized recipes so that food quality requirements are met and maintained.
Perform maintenance work at a high skill level of expertise to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of the building in repair. Specializing in the design, implementation, and maintenance of heating ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Oversee the work assignment of all Maintenance Engineers to ensure the smooth operation in the department.
Proactively greet and assist customers with all Slot Club functions including new enrollments with a positive and friendly guest service approach. Have effective communication and listening skills. Computer and typing experience preferred.
To perform all essential functions related to food preparation for the restaurants and foods for special functions. Ability to maintain kitchen stock, maintain proper rotation of perishable product and maintain acceptable production levels as required by the needs of the business. Prepare garnishes; including vegetable flowers, melon carvings etc. used on buffet, brunch and special functions.
A Security Assistant Supervisor oversees Officers who protect and ensure the safety of employees and guest. In addition to administrative functions, making job assignments and briefing, the Assistant Supervisor monitors staff by patrolling with them. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on premises. Previous Security or Military background desired, proficient in oral and written communication skills. Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be able to obtain First Aid and C.P.R. Certification.

Previous floor/money handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. at a time from jackpot/fill bank to machine. Able to constantly walk through assigned shift while working on the main floor.
